Courses

Course programmes meeting european standards

The Faculty of Mathematics and Physics offers research-oriented courses in mathematics, physics, nanotechnology, and meteorology leading to the degree "Bachelor of Science" within three years.

Subsequent courses leading towards a research-oriented Master's Degree within two years are offered in mathematics, physics, applied physics, nanotechnology, optical technologies, and meteorology. Candidates holding an appropriate Bachelor's degree (two-subjects required) may pursue courses leading towards a Master's Degree for teaching in higher education.

All the programmes we offer meet european quality standards as required within the "Bologna-Process".

Able candidates with a strong research record and qualified Master's degree are eligible to apply for admission as doctoral researchers.
